At ThaiTuan Online, we do not offer warranties for our products. Instead, we provide exchange/return services for any product defects under the conditions outlined below:
Supplier Defects: Replacement with no fee within 7 days.
User-Caused Defects: Not supported.
After 7 Days: Returns are not supported for any reason.
Goods inspection involves checking and comparing the products received from ThaiTuan Online with those listed in the customer’s order.
Customers are not supported to inspect goods with the delivery staff upon receipt.
Customers should record a video of the unboxing process to provide as evidence if needed.
Customers can verify the actual received products by comparing them with their order based on criteria such as photo, product code, and quantity after ThaiTuan Online staff confirm the order.
Customers must not scratch codes for products with points or exchange gifts, peel, or open product boxes with seals or guarantee stamps.
If the received product does not match the order, please contact our customer service hotline at +84 3990 1166 for assistance.
Incorrectly Packaged Order by ThaiTuan Online: The customer can request a return. If the order was prepaid, the customer can either receive a new order or a refund.
Correctly Packaged Order but Customer Changes Needs: The customer can request a return under the return policy and bear any delivery costs.
Manufacturer defects (e.g., uneven fabric color, faulty zipper).
Damage or scratches due to shipping.
Product does not match customer’s order due to incorrect preparation by ThaiTuan Online.
Product is in its original packaging with labels intact and has not been used.
Gift products or those under special discount programs.
Products overdue for return (beyond 7 days).
Products with removed labels or seals.
Products that have been tried or used.
Damaged or scratched packaging due to customer error.
Products not purchased from ThaiTuan Online.
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the purchase or receipt date. Customers must notify ThaiTuan Online staff with the reason for the return and provide accurate contact information.
For customers in Ho Chi Minh City, it is encouraged to visit our Showroom for product inspection and exchange. Provincial customers can ship items via post office and contact ThaiTuan Online regarding the exchange product and postal code.
Refunds are processed safely and conveniently through the following methods:
Cash Payments: Cash refund to the customer's bank account.
Bank Card Payments: Transfer within 5-10 days (excluding holidays and weekends).
Other Payment Methods: Refund within 5-10 days domestically and 15-90 days for international payments.
Customers should record a video when opening the order to serve as a comparison basis in case of refund/cancellation/exchange/return requests. ThaiTuan Online does not resolve cases without an unboxing video or where the video shows signs of tampering.
For orders within the return support scope stated in section 2 of the Return Policy, ThaiTuan Online supports a shipping fee of 22,000 VND applicable to all provinces and cities in Vietnam.
Delivery is available from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays and New Year according to Vietnamese government regulations). Delivery services are only available within Vietnam.
Additional Notes:
Orders are supported for free redelivery up to two times from the first unsuccessful delivery attempt.
After three unsuccessful delivery attempts due to customer reasons, the order will be automatically canceled, and a new order must be created without free shipping support.
