Registration
- Member ID is the customer's phone number (10-digit format, starting with 0)
- New customers: Register online by submitting the form on website thaituanonline.vn or register at the store by providing information to store staff.
- Special customers: KOLs, Celebrities and BOD partners will be issued membership card codes manually in the system.
- Employees of Thai Tuan Group: Employees working at TTG will use phone numbers to accumulate points when shopping.
Maintaining conditions & upgrading cards
- Member: Spending from 0 to less than 30 million VND
- Silver: Spend from 30 to less than 50 million VND
- Gold: - Spend from 50 to less than 90 million VND
- Diamond: Spending from 90 to less than 300 million VND
- Privillage: Spending from 300 million VND or more
Membership Renewal
- First confirmation: Within 24 hours from the date of successful membership card registration.
- Upgrade: Within 365 days from the date of card registration, if the customer's spending limit reaches the next membership level, the customer will be upgraded to the card level.
- Renewal: If accumulated spending reaches maintenance or upgrade conditions, membership level will be automatically updated or upgraded on the system and notified to customers via email/SMS.
- Expiry: If accumulated spending is lower than the current tier's maintenance condition, the customer's membership tier will be downgraded to a lower tier.
